A new dinosaur-themed crazy golf course with a three-metre high waterfall in the middle could be coming to Paignton.

The ‘Jurassic Golf’ course will have a prehistoric theme complete with boulders, ancient stone walls and monuments.

It is among the latest planning applications submitted to Torbay Council, sent in by Surrey-based Crazy Golf Course Goodrington. If permitted, it will run alongside the current pirate-themed crazy golf.

It would have a ‘feature’ hole with the giant waterfall at its centre. Water in the pond around it would be a metre deep.

The applicant wants to change the use of the currently-empty quad bike track and inflatable slide area alongside the existing course.

If passed by the council, there would be a pond and an island, plus a kiosk for the sale of admission tickets, ice cream, snacks, savouries and hot and cold drinks.
