Katie Price surprised everyone when she declared she was having husband Lee Andrews’ baby on Wednesday.
The 47-year-old, who married entrepreneur Lee in January just weeks after meeting for the first time, shared a fiery rant towards his ex, Alana Percival, in which she seemingly hinted she was pregnant.
Lee added fuel to Katie’s claims by defiantly posting: ‘Soon to be three,’ alongside a pregnancy emoji.
And the latest in the former glamour model’s recent shock announcements with her very new husband has left her family increasingly worried and ‘in the dark’.
A source told Metro: ‘Katie’s family, her sister in particular, will stand by her through anything, but they’re rightfully concerned about her announcing she’s intending to have Lee’s baby. After all, they’ve only known each other for a matter of weeks.
‘The Instagram posts yesterday were the first time anyone has heard of a pregnancy, so it’s all coming as a complete shock at the moment. It’s no secret that Katie wants more children, but this feels extreme even for her.

‘They have no idea what the long-term plan is with Lee in this marriage or if they’ll live in the UK or Dubai. Everyone has been kept in the dark about the relationship from the start and they’re desperate to understand what her intentions are.’
Shortly after Katie’s post, her sister Sophie reposted a clip of physician Dr Gabor Maté discussing the various approaches that families can make in difficult times.
The video states: ‘I’m not going to try and change you. I just hope you come to your senses at some point. But I’ll be with you and I’ll be supporting you.’
Amid reports of family tension – and claims that her loved ones were ‘blindsided’ by the romance, having never met Lee – the siblings pulled out of an episode of their podcast earlier this month after ‘a hell of a week’.
While fans were then expecting them back with The Katie Price Show, it’s instead been announced that the podcast is being halted indefinitely.
‘We’re pressing pause on The Katie Price Show podcast for now,’ a statement uploaded to the podcast’s official Instagram account began.

‘With so much current media attention, it doesn’t feel right to release an episode at this time. The podcast has always observed the headlines, not added to them,’ it continued.
Katie has been open on her desire to have another child and invited cameras into her life for a two-part Channel 4 series documenting her attempts to conceive via IVF.
In an interview, Katie told the Daily Mail that she’s ‘very maternal’.
‘If I could have another two or three, I’d be happy,’ she said of possibly growing her family.
‘I don’t mention it in the book. My eggs are too old. I’ll get a donor egg,’ she added of the unsuccessful IVF rounds.
Katie’s recent comments came in the middle of an explicit rant directed at Lee’s ex, who had been warning Katie to stay away from ‘vermin of a human’.

Some of his exes have already urged the former I’m A Celeb star to ‘run for the hills’ amid speculation about his ‘false’ businesses.
Katie blasted Alana as ‘bitter’, saying she was ’embarrassing herself’ and she’s just ‘jealous’ of their romance.
‘I’m the real femine woman he deserves,’ [sic] Katie wrote, telling her to ‘disappear back under that bridge’ and blasting her as an ‘irrelevant little troll’.
‘Please just enjoy watching us build our empire as I’m having his child,’ she wrote. ‘I’ll enjoy the ride and big d**k energy now I’m in the saddle.’
Bizarrely, she decided to include a song on the Instagram story — her and Peter’s rendition of The Best Things In Life Are Free.
A representative for Katie Price declined to comment when contacted by Metro.
