Collision reported to have happened on the junction of the A483 and the A525 in Wrexham

A crash caused delays earlier. It was reported to have happened near Junction 4 of the A483 with the A525, in Wrexham, shortly before 3.25pm today. There were reports of police, ambulance and an air ambulance at the scene.
A Lloyd Coaches statement said: “Due to an accident at Junction 4 of the A483, buses are using Junction 5 (B&Q). Buses are unable to serve Croesnewydd Road.”
The Flightradar24 website, showed an air ambulance was as at the scene, before flying to the Royal Stoke University Hospital.

There were reports on social media the road was still closed at 5.30pm. There were no further details about the incident as of 6.15pm.
