Brendan, where did the idea for the new UK headquarters come from?

“The idea was born from our desire to remove every barrier between us and our British customers. The UK market has always been crucial for RGP, but we wanted to take things to the next level.

Establishing a physical presence here allows us to respond more effectively to local dynamics, develop new commercial opportunities, and above all, provide direct and personalized customer support.”

What will concretely change for customers in terms of service and logistics?

“The key word is ‘speed’. With our new headquarters, we will significantly reduce delivery lead times. Being present locally enables us to manage logistics more efficiently, eliminate cross-border complexities, and guarantee unprecedented product availability.”

What are the future prospects?

“We are aiming for steady growth. Our goal is to make the UK branch a true point of reference.

We will introduce the entire RGP production range, exporting the excellence of Made in Italy that defines us. We want UK customers to know that choosing RGP means accessing the best of Italian technology with the responsiveness of a local supplier — from our load-bearing balls to ceramic balls and special-diameter balls, all 100% Made in Italy.”
