Hollyoaks spoilers follow for the latest episode to air on E4 and stream on Channel 4.

Hollyoaks revealed the shocking news that dodgy newcomer Jenson Cole is (probably) Warren Fox’s long-lost brother in last night’s episode, and tonight’s episode followed up by suggesting things could get very dramatic indeed…

The episode began with Jenson proposing that he needs “an ally, in business, in life”. But Warren wasn’t having any of it, furious that Jenson burned down his club in Liverpool.

“I had to show you I give as good as I get,” Jenson explained. “You treat me like dirt. I came to you when our mum had died a couple of year ago. I begged you, I needed you.”

Warren said he didn’t believe the story about them being brothers when Jenson first told him years ago, and doesn’t fully believe it now. The pair continued to argue over the handling of the club, with Jenson getting under Warren’s skin by claiming he was like his dad.

They decided to settle things with a fistfight, with Jenson knocking Warren out.

When Warren woke up, he said he was impressed with Jenson’s moves, and admitted that “maybe we are our father’s sons”.

Although he was starting to accept that they’re brothers, he needed a bit more convincing when Jenson proposed that they could be there for each other from now on.

Jenson eventually wore him down, suggesting that they could run The Loft together. He said if it ends up being a disaster, they can go their separate ways.

Things were looking good between the two brothers and Warren decided to go home and introduce Jenson to his other half Mercedes McQueen… who Mercedes had previously been romantically involved with.

That revelation alone would be enough to set the short-fused Warren off, but coupled with the fact Jenson lied about his identity under the name Jake in the rehab centre, there’s potential for some major drama ahead.
