20:42 Local Time, 15:42 GMT, 21:12 IST: It has been an action packed first half as the Karachi Kings finished their 20 overs with a strong total of 181 for 7. After being put in to bat by the Quetta Gladiators, the Kings showed great intent, led by a brilliant knock from Moeen Ali, who top scored with 48* runs off just 29 balls. Captain David Warner provided a steady start, while a late flourish from Hasan Ali helped push the score past the 180-mark to set a challenging target. On the bowling side, Ahmed Daniyal was the standout performer for the Gladiators, taking 3 wickets for 36 runs to keep the scoring in check, supported by Alzarri Joseph who claimed two wickets of his own. Interestingly, the ball has started to keep a bit low at times, which might make this chase of 182 tricky for the Gladiators as the pitch slows down. Quetta will need to score at over 9 runs per over to pull off this chase. The players are heading off for a short break now, but stay tuned as we will be back for the chase!
