Sweden 3-2 Poland
Sweden have done it!
Despite a miserable qualifying campaign which saw Sweden lose home and away to Kosovo, with Jon Dahl Tomasson sacked in October, they have booked their spot at the World Cup.
Graham Potter came in as Tomasson’s replacement and Sweden had a second chance through their performances in the Nations League – and they have qualified for the summer’s finals.
Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres is their hero with an 88th-minute winner to send Sweden to North America.
