Bruno will appear at Buzz Bingo Colchester on Monday, April 20, 2026, as part of a special charity bingo night.

The event is part of Buzz Bingo’s ‘Battle of the Clubs’ between its Colchester and Ipswich branches, featuring a night of linked games and community fun.

Bruno, a former world champion boxer and mental health campaigner, will help host a charity bingo match in support of The Frank Bruno Foundation.

He said: “I’m really looking forward to joining the Battle of the Clubs at Buzz Bingo Colchester and Ipswich.

“It means a lot to see the bingo community backing The Frank Bruno Foundation.

“Mental health is the toughest fight of all, and the funds raised will go directly to helping people, young and old, to train their mind as well as their body.

“If you’re on the ropes, we’re in your corner.”

The charity game will raise funds for the foundation, which supports individuals of all ages with their mental health through structured programmes and a safe environment.

The winner of the charity round will also receive a signed boxing glove from the sports star.

Frank Bruno will be at Buzz Bingo Colchester from 6.45pm for a meet and greet before heading to Buzz Bingo Ipswich for 8.30pm.

Sarah Calakovic, regional manager for Buzz Bingo Colchester and Ipswich, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Frank Bruno to Buzz Bingo Colchester and Ipswich for what promises to be a knockout night of bingo, friendly rivalry, and community spirit.

“Bringing the two clubs together for this live bingo battle and having Frank with us, while raising funds for his incredible foundation, makes it an evening to remember.”
