The Scot has been struggling to maintain momentum at the Valero Texas Open
Bob MacIntyre
Raging Bob MacIntyre unleashed an X-rated blast after he stumbled in build-up to the Masters.
The Scot has faced a tough day at the Valero Texas Open – having carved a four-shot advantage at the top of the leaderboard when the tournament hit the halfway mark.
He was in sparkling form as he notched a second-day 64, and started Sunday in pole position after storms saw round three suspended after just six of his Saturday round.
He started the final day two ahead of Ludvig Aberg after opting to play this week to get competitive juices flowing for Augusta.
But things have gone wrong for the Oban ace as his lead was whittled away by the chasing pack.
Englishman Matt Wallace and American Andrew Putnam raced ahead of MacIntyre as he struggled to maintain his momentum.
His frustration boiled over after he hit an 81 meter wedge short of the hole. Sky Sports microphones picked up the Scot stating: “That is f***** s****”.
The commentator quickly chimed in: “Apologies. That’s Scottish for not very good.”
