Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder, after a man was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Doncaster.
South Yorkshire Police was called to Prince’s Street just after 20:30 BST on Friday to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a silver Hyundai.
The pedestrian, a 26-year-old man, died in hospital, the force said.
Police confirmed two men, aged 30 and 22, had been arrested on suspicion of murder, while a 20-year-old man, a 38-year-old woman and a 24-year-old woman had been arrested on suspicion of assisting offenders.
