Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
With Monday’s episode of Hollyoaks ending in a dramatic crash that left several characters’ lives hanging in the balance, the soap has confirmed the first survivor. Frankie Osborne’s leaving celebrations have ended in devastation as two cars collided outside the village, but who has made it out?
In the latest instalment of the Channel 4 soap, Frankie and Vicky Grant were being driven to the station by Charlie Dean, with the driver dangerously overtaking another vehicle while speeding to make the train on time.

In the other vehicle was the Keane family – Beth, Jonah and Caleb – as they made their way to start a new life in Hollyoaks by surprising some of Beth’s family, but it ended in drama following a major accident.
The wreckage is discovered by Tony Hutchinson, Jack Osborne and Leela Lomax, who were driving to meet Frankie and co at the station to give her some new ballet shoes, which she had accidentally left behind.
Speculation has been rife as to who may not make it out of the crash alive, but upcoming spoilers have confirmed that Charlie survives, though he is sure to face some serious questions after his dangerous driving caused the crash.
In next week’s scenes, Jack is distressed by his feuding relatives in the hospital following the devastating crash. He interrogates Charlie to find out exactly what happened, and encourages him to come clean before the police arrive at the Osborne household.
Charlie isn’t there when the police arrive, and Nancy immediately defends her adoptive son despite not knowing the facts. With conflicting stories, Jack is put in the awkward position of deciding who to believe – Charlie, who is like a grandson to him, or Beth, who is his daughter.
