Over on its social channels, the studio has announced a trio of special PSN avatars, available to all users free of charge:
Happy 5th Anniversary to #GhostofTsushima!
Thank you so much to our amazing community that continues to show their love and support for our game. It’s been an honor to still see such love five years later.

Ghost of Tsushima launched back in 2020 to widespread acclaim, and it became a near-instant hit for Sony. Not only did it review very well and remains a fan favourite today, it also sold extremely well, especially for a brand new IP.
As of April 2024, the game has sold over 13 million units. It’s no wonder a sequel is on the way.
Ghost of Yotei takes place in the same fiction but is set hundreds of years after the events of Tsushima, casting players as an outlaw named Atsu, hellbent on revenge. It’s set for release on 2nd October, 2025.
