Fifth-generation, family-run Tequila brand Arette will now be distributed in the UK by Mangrove Global.

The Orendain family created the brand, which gets its name from an Olympic show-jumping horse. The family’s El Llano Distillery is one of the oldest in the region, pulling mineral water from the nearby volcanic springs and using Blue Weber agave from their own farm.
Arette’s flagship Clasico Blanco Tequila is twice distilled using 100% agave without additives, and is bottled at 38% ABV.
Mangrove describes the liquid as having ‘creamy aromas, with classic vegetal notes on the palate and hints of blossom’, with more character than expected from a silver Tequila.

As well as the Clasico Blanco, Mangrove will distribute Arette’s Clasico Reposado, Artesanal Blanco, Artesanal Reposado, Artesanal Anejo, Artesanal Fuerte and Artesanal Gran Clase expressions.
