Ashbrook Golf Zone, located on Bradeley Green Lane in Bradeley Green, aims to combine modern facilities with community spirit, and is opening on Friday (May 1).
The site features a Toptracer-enabled driving range with 16 floodlit bays, offering a golfing experience for all levels from morning through to evening.
Rob Ashbrook, a PGA Advanced Professional who leads the project, said: “This isn’t just about hitting balls – it’s about building a place where people can come together, improve their game and enjoy golf in a relaxed and modern environment.”
The facility is designed as more than just a driving range.
It includes a social space where visitors can relax, alongside a retail area stocked with golfing essentials.
The venue aims to make the sport “accessible, enjoyable and inclusive,” whether for seasoned players or complete beginners.
At the core of its development is Mr Ashbrook’s junior golf academy, which already works closely with local schools and county-level programmes as well as England Golf.
His involvement ensures that the site will offer high-quality coaching and structured development pathways.
The venue will be open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 8pm on Sundays, , Which the business says offers flexible access for golfers fitting practice around busy schedules.
With its blend of advanced technology, coaching expertise and community focus, Ashbrook Golf Zone aims to become a major addition to the Whitchurch sporting scene.
