Chemist Warehouse will expand into the United Kingdom after purchasing a major stake in a London-headquartered network of 22 stores.
Sigma Healthcare, which acquired Chemist Warehouse in a reverse listing last year, will buy into Greenlight Healthcare in a deal that will take the brand into the UK. Under the agreement, Greenlight will licence the Chemist Warehouse brand, while continuing to provide the dispensary, professional services and back-office support to the network.
