A town golf club has entered an ‘exciting new chapter’.
The Suffolk Golf Club, at the All Saints Resort on the edge of Bury St Edmunds, has unveiled a redesigned course layout, which it said would enhance both playability and overall experience for members and visitors.
While eight holes from the previous course remain, 10 new holes have been introduced alongside new greens, tees and playing features throughout.

The golf club has invested significantly in new drainage systems, which it said would improve year-round playing conditions and maintain consistent course quality across the seasons.
A spokesperson said: “The Suffolk Golf Club is entering an exciting new chapter.
“The redesigned course reflects the club’s wider commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
“It complements ongoing developments across the wider facility, reinforcing the resort’s focus on delivering a first-class golfing and leisure experience.”
The club highlighted the addition of two new par 5 holes to test decision-making and strategic play, which it said would offer memorable challenges for golfers of every level.
