17-year-old Molly Cartwright-Tickle, from Dorset, is junior captain at Parkstone Golf Club and is also a dedicated rower.
She recently produced a score of 59 during the Parkstone Junior Open, which secured victory in both the girls’ net and girls’ gross competitions and won her the Bisgood Cup.
She subsequently earned a place on the leader board of the 2026 Justin Rose Telegraph Junior Golf Championships with her score, topping the net leader board and placing seventh in the gross standings.

Miss Cartwright-Tickle said: “I was really happy with my round at the Parkstone Junior Open and it’s amazing to see it recognised in the Justin Rose Telegraph Junior Golf Championships.
“I’m very grateful for all the support from my golf club, rowing club, school, coaches, friends, and family.”
Beyond golf, Miss Cartwright-Tickle competes in rowing for her school and the Lymington Amateur Rowing Club.
She was recently selected to represent England at the Home Internationals Rowing Beach Sprints Championships.
Her success in both sports has drawn praise from coaches, family, and fellow athletes, who describe her as a disciplined and promising young talent.
Despite her demanding schedule, supporters say she continues to excel as a role model both on and off the course.
