The 73-year-old died earlier this month, just weeks after he officially retired from his role at the club.
Prior to this, Peter had spent 45 years dedicated the club – though his connection with Ravenspark spanned far longer.
For the past 60 years, the course was always the one which he called home.
First picking up the game of golf in his early teenage years, his skill saw him qualify as a PGA professional just four years later.
He went on to play various European and Scottish Tour events in the 1970s and 1980s before retiring from competitive golf in 1994.
It was at this point, having already started working at the club, that Peter dedicated all of his time to Ravenspark.
He went on to inspire countless members over the decades and made headlines in 2016 when he combined his love for golf with a passion for poetry.
Peter penned a book dubbed ‘Ayrshire Golf Chapter and Verse’, providing a poetic guide to course management, covering some of the most memorable holes and courses in Ayrshire.

He announced his retirement as club professional at Ravenspark in March this year with members saying their official farewells at a ceremony at the beginning of this month.
His former course was the first to pay tribute following the tragic news of his passing.
A spokesperson said: “We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Peter Bond.
“Peter gave an incredible 45 years of service as club professional, and had only retired a few weeks ago, marking the end of a remarkable lifetime of dedication.
“In truth, his connection with the club stretched back over 60 years, and throughout that time he became part of the very fabric of the club itself.
“His commitment, loyalty, and presence touched generations of players, members, supporters, and friends.
“Peter’s contribution both on and off the course will never be forgotten, and his legacy will live on through the countless memories and friendships he helped create over the decades.
“Everyone at the club sends their heartfelt condolences to Peter’s family and loved ones at this very difficult time.
“Rest in peace, Peter. You will be greatly missed.”
