Dr Nadeem Crowe, an elderly and emergency care specialist who had worked at the Hampstead hospital for 15 years, was suspended after concerns were raised about his social media activity.
The suspension was later lifted but Dr Crowe resigned and crowdfunded to take the hospital to an employment tribunal.
The case will be heard from Monday (June 15) at the London Central Employment Tribunal, where Dr Crowe will claim race discrimination, belief discrimination, indirect discrimination, harassment and constructive dismissal arising from his suspension.
The doctor said his posts were made in a personal capacity, did not identify his employer, and related to the treatment of Palestinians in Gaza.
He is of Jordanian heritage and with most of his family living in the region, he said the conflict has direct personal significant to him.

A Royal Free London spokesperson said: “We cannot comment on ongoing legal cases. Our focus is always to ensure that our staff, and everybody in our care, feel safe and are treated equally, regardless of background or belief.”
Dr Crowe said: “Having navigated the tribunal process it is understanding that so many claimants never make it past the initial stages.
“However, this experience has made me understand that this is why employers like the NHS continue to treat staff unfavourably and without scrutiny.
“When you add the layer of humanity and moral justice for Palestine – it makes this case even more important.”

Dr Crowe is represented by Liana Wood, an employment partner at law firm Leigh Day.
Liana said: “This case raises important questions about discrimination law, freedom of expression and the treatment of healthcare professionals who express political views outside of work, especially in relation to Palestine.
“Dr Crowe maintains that the action taken against him were discriminatory and disproportionate, and we look forward to presenting his case before the tribunal.”
