Jersey’s Les Mielles Golf and Country Club has been listed for sale for £9.95m.
The 62-acre site in St Ouen, including two nine-hole courses, a clubhouse, shop, restaurant, bar and beauty salon, has been in the same family for four generations.
The facility also has admin offices, staff accommodation and a 125-space car park.
Director of golf and co-owner Jonathan Le Brun says it was “not an easy decision” but they “believe now is the right time to hand over the reins”.
The site will continue to operate as normal, including current memberships and subscriptions, the club has confirmed.
Les Mielles sits within Jersey’s National Park and has been running since the 1960s, when it was converted from a family farm.

The family say they are not selling because the club is struggling, they just felt it was time for a change.
Mr Le Brun adds: “The business is running efficiently, generating income from several complementary streams.
“Everything is in place for a smooth transition. We see real potential for Les Mielles to evolve into a modern club where golf meets lifestyle.”
