The animal was spotted at 11pm on Tuesday at the school in Illkestshall St Lawrence near Bungay.

Numerous other sightings were reported that same evening.

The small animals are members of the kangaroo family and are native to Australia.

However, according to research, wild wallaby sightings are growing in the UK, particularly in the south of England.

It is unknown whether this wallaby is wild or has escaped from captivity.
