The rubbish was reported early this morning (June 30) in a layby of the A137 near Brantham.
The mess is made up of both garden and house waste, with fence panels, plant pots and vegetation, as well as paper, general rubbish and shop display packaging for vapes.

A spokeswoman for Babergh District Council, said: “Incidents like this fly tip off the A137 in Brantham today, which our public realm team will be inspecting and clearing shortly, are extremely disappointing and present both disruption and danger to road users while damaging the local environment.
“Fly tipping is a criminal offence and one that we take very seriously. Anyone convicted of fly tipping could face large fines or even be sent to prison.
“Advice for residents and businesses about removing waste is available on our website and we encourage everyone to check the waste carrier licence details of anyone employed to dispose of waste on their behalf.
“If you have witnessed an incident of fly tipping, make a note of the date and time, location, and type of waste being fly tipped and report it to us as soon as possible.”
Last month Babergh District Council spent £700 cleaning up a single incident of fly tipping, where garden furniture had been dumped near Swan Hill in Washbrook.
The incident on Swan Hill forced a milkman to reverse back down the narrow lane after their shift, with police responding to clear the road.
