A teenage driver has died after a two-car crash near Kelty in Fife.
The 17-year-old boy’s Toyota Aygo collided with a Volkswagen Golf on the B914, near its junction with the A823, at about 02:25.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the occupants of the Volkswagen were not at the scene when officers arrived but a 20-year-old man was later arrested in connection with the crash.
