Pam Cessford and Karen Hume carried out the task of playing 360 holes on 20 different courses across seven days.
The pair have raised more than £3,000 for the Border Ladies County Golf Association junior development fund.
Pam Cessford, captain of the Border Ladies County Golf Association, said: “It was an exhausting week, but the incredible welcome we received at every single club across the Borders kept us going.
“To see the community rally behind us makes every single step worth it.
“This is all about helping to secure the future of girls’ golf in our region.”
The challenge started on Monday, June 29 at Peebles Golf Club and finished on Sunday (July 5) at Kelso Golf Club.
Over the week, the pair averaged more than 32,000 steps per day and covered 125 miles during the challenge.
Ms Hume said: “Twenty courses in seven days is easily the toughest physical challenge I’ve ever taken on but doing it alongside Pam for such a fantastic cause made it unforgettable.”
