A super weekend of live sport will kick off on Saturday starting a mammoth 27 hours of live action, free-to-air, across ITV1, ITV4 and ITVX.
The stacked weekend includes England’s FIFA World Cup 2026 Quarter Final clash against Norway, live on ITV1 and ITVX from 8:45pm.
The weekend features action across football, Nations Championship Rugby and ITV Racing: Live from Newmarket.
Six back to back Nations Championship Rugby matches will take place on Saturday, starting at 6am on ITV1 with New Zealand v Italy and finishing on ITV4 with Argentina v Wales at 7:30pm.
ITV’s Round of 16 FIFA World Cup 2026 fixtures reached the highest UK broadcasting average across all four matches, with 4.2 million viewers. The two biggest matches on ITV were Brazil v Norway and Argentina v Egypt, both of which peaked with 8.5m viewers.
ITV’s weekend of sport last week reached an incredible 17.1 million viewers.
The peak of 16.4 million viewers for England’s win against Croatia, remains the highest rated match of the tournament so far.
