The Winchester cycling café will host the show ahead of stage 13, bringing presenters Orla Chennaoui, Adam Blythe, and Matt Stephens to the venue for pre- and post-race coverage on Friday, July 17.

“It is the biggest live studio show in cycling, so having Orla, Adam, Matt and the team broadcasting from our café is a huge moment for us and for cycling fans across Winchester and Hampshire.
“The Tour de France has always been about more than the racing. It brings people together, creates conversation and gives cycling fans three weeks of drama, history and entertainment.
“We want the Social to be the place where people can experience that atmosphere together.”
The live broadcast will be open to invited guests from the cycling community, but the café will welcome the public from 12.30pm to watch the Tour stage while the TNT Sports team is on site.
Throughout July, The South Downs Social will screen every stage of the Tour de France live, offering fans a communal place to enjoy the racing.
With ITV no longer providing free-to-air coverage, the café is encouraging all cycling enthusiasts to gather and watch the action together.
Beyond the daily race coverage, The South Downs Social is hosting a full programme of themed events.
The café will also host a Tour de France wine tasting evening in partnership with Winchester wine specialists The Naked Grape on Friday, July 31.
The event will celebrate the end of the men’s Tour and the start of the Tour de France Femmes, featuring French wines, charcuterie, and cycling stories around communal tables.

The café’s regular ride partner, South Coast Peloton, will also be hosting its annual Tour de Hampshire ride during the month.
This relaxed group ride encourages participants to embrace the Tour theme by wearing or riding something French, yellow, or polka-dot.
