Detectives investigating the rape of two teenage girls on a beach in Great Yarmouth have charged a second man.
Norfolk Police said Dawid Wlach, 35, of Dover Court, Caister-on-Sea has been charged with one count of rape, one count of oral rape, one count of assault by penetration and one count of sexual assault.
Wlach, who police said is a Polish national, appeared at Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre on Saturday 18 July and has been conditionally bailed.
Officers were called to South Beach Parade in the seaside town shortly after 00:30 BST on 16 May, after which a manhunt was launched in connection with the alleged incident.
Wlach is the second man to be charged after Madalin Ilinca, 34, of Suffolk Place in Great Yarmouth, was charged with one count of rape, one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual assault by penetration.
Ilinca, who police said is a Romanian national, has been remanded in custody.
Both men are due to appear for a plea and trial preparation hearing at Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday 28 July.
