The Vivo X Fold 7 appears to be sticking to its format
Hidden in the comments on this post is yet another tidbit of information for Vivo fans. In response to a commenter’s question, Digital Chat Station provided a very clear indication that Vivo apparently has no current plans to jump on the “wide-foldable” trend, which is slowly taking over the international foldable market this year. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 was an early indication to what’s in store for us in fall of 2026. In addition to the Apple iPhone Fold (aka iPhone Ultra ), a more compact and wider Xiaomi foldable is also expected, which has already been leaked in a hands-on image. A format change is also expected from Honor and Oppo, but Vivo is apparently still waiting to see how things play out.
