Moors Manor Care Home in St Leonards will host a summer fete on Wednesday, August 12.
The event will feature live music, entertainment, a barbecue, and a variety of stalls.
Adele Stacey, deputy manager at Moors Manor, said: “Our residents love any excuse for a get-together, so when we told them we were going to have a summer fete, they couldn’t wait to help staff organise it.
“Our staff are dedicated to making sure our residents continue to enjoy their home along with family and friends, and that the home is a hub of the local community.
“If you are interested in running a stall, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
“Our varied life enrichment programme keeps residents active, and provides a daily choice of engaging physical, mental and spiritual activities, tailored to all residents’ interests and abilities.
“We also encourage family and friends to take part in many of our activities, especially prepared by our own dedicated Activities Co-ordinator.”
The event will include a tombola and a raffle, with all proceeds going to Lewis-Manning Hospice.
Moors Manor Care Home is operated by Barchester Healthcare and offers nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care.
