Casualty spoilers follow.
Casualty is reportedly lining up two major show exits after its anniversary episodes. It comes as the soap is set to mark 40 years next month with a special double bill.
The feature-length block will focus on a high-stakes incident that throws things into chaos at Holby, with a recent trailer giving fans a thrilling preview of what’s to come.

However, it is now being reported by The Express that following the episodes, stars Sammy Dobson and Kirsty Mitchell, who play Nicole Piper and Faith Cadogan, respectively, will be leaving the soap.
The site reports that they will both be appearing for a little while longer due to advanced filming schedules, but both have now departed. Further details around their reported exits and storylines remain unknown at the moment.
Digital Spy has reached out to Casualty for comment.
Sammy has been on the show for over two years, while Kirsty’s first appearance was in 2019, and both will feature in the 40th special alongside the entire current cast.
