Tony Khan has made several announcements for tonight’s AEW Dynamite.
Just hours before the show, the AEW president revealed that CMLL World Women’s Champion Persephone will team with Hikaru Shida against Thunder Rosa and TBS Champion Maya World.
“Persephone/@ShidaHikaru vs @MayaWorldd/@ThunderRosa22 Persephone & Shida got the win vs TBS Champion Maya World & her partner Hyan on AEW Collision! Now, with her own grudge vs Persephone, Thunder Rosa will join Maya to fight Persephone/Shida TONIGHT!”
Khan has also revealed that Will Ospreay will appear on tonight’s show.
Kris Statlander vs. Viva Van is now scheduled.
Tonight’s episode will take place at the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. According to a WrestleTix report on Wednesday morning, 1,680 tickets have been distributed for tonight’s show.
