National treasure Sir David Jason is set to visit Devon next summer – and fans are able to get up close with the Only Fools and Horses legend.
The 86-year-old actor, better known for his roles as Derek ‘Del Boy’ Trotter and Granville, will grace the stage at Torquay’s Princess Theatre on Saturday, July 24, 2027 with his brand-new live show, An Evening with Sir David Jason.
The Only Fools and Horses star has created an unforgettable new show set to deliver an eventful evening of fun and laughter.
The show will take audiences behind the scenes from his legendary stage and screen career, sharing moments that shaped his career and will be joined by Presenter Mike Bushell from BBC Breakfast.
Fans can expect an evening packed with rare archive footage, industry secrets, and hilarious untold stories.

The show will delve into the moments that shaped his decades-long career, offering an insider’s look into how Del Boy’s character evolved far beyond the writer’s original vision for Only Fools and Horses.
Sir David will also reflect on his leading roles in timeless classics like Open All Hours, The Darling Buds of May, and A Touch of Frost, as well as his beloved voiceover work bringing animated favorites like Danger Mouse, The BFG, Count Duckula, and Toad of Toad Hall to life.
“His career has left an indelible mark on British television history,” event organisers said, promising a night filled with warmth, nostalgia, and laughter.
