Plans have been put forward by Dempsey Property for the development on the Drift in Fakenham.
The current property on the land has been described as “not fit for renovation” due to the large amounts of asbestos.
The proposed home will be larger in size and feature three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and utility room.
A garage and rear garden has also been planned for the development, along with additional on-site parking and turning spaces.
A design and access statement said the plans will deliver “a significantly more sustainable and energy efficient dwelling”, with “internal accommodation arranged to provide functional and adaptable living space”.

The statement added that the homes provide “appropriate parking and access arrangements” and “safeguards neighbouring residential amenity”.
