As we near the launch of the pensions dashboard, it is expected members will become increasingly interested in dashboards and have more questions about how they will operate. To help schemes respond in a clear and consistent way, PASA has published a set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and suggested responses for administrators, providers and service centres.
