The bout will serve “as part of a loaded fight week leading up to the Alvarez-Crawford event on Netflix.”
Puerto Rico’s Camacho (19-1, 7 KO) hasn’t lost since 2017 but is coming off two straight split decision victories, one that saw him hit the deck twice against onetime Sunny Edwards victim Jayson Mama and another in which he barely scraped past 6-6-2 David Humberto Tapia in March. This is a mighty big ask, though Olascuaga’s had his share of close calls, both against Kyoguchi and in his comeback knockout of Giemel Magramo two years back.
We’ll keep you posted as the supporting cast comes together.
