Offord moves on to education and the latest Pisa figures which rank nations on maths, reading and science.
He says it is a “national emergency” that Scotland has fallen so far behind England in the rankings.
He claims Swinney is responsible for this “ruination” of a once proud nation, in his roles as finance minister, education minister and now as first minister,
Swinney says the real example of ruination is people like Offord and fellow Reform MSP Thomas Kerr spreading “racist filth in our society”.
He says the Pisa scores are just one measure of education, and that data from Scotland’s teachers show S3 pupils are achieving record levels of literacy, and there are many other things to be proud of.
