Nicole Kidman has revealed she can no longer rely on her trusty Ibiza rave disguise after giving away her cover in an interview just weeks ago.
The Aussie actress admitted to British Vogue last month that she spent the summer before the release of Practical Magic 2 partying in Ibiza, wearing “a little dark wig” and sunglasses so she could go unnoticed.
However, the 59-year-old has now confessed that she may have let too much slip about her love of undercover clubbing on the Spanish island, revealing that she will have to switch up her disguise next time she hits the dance floor.
Speaking to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show last week, Kidman was taken aback when the talk show host admitted he had never been to Ibiza.
“Well, I just feel like I wouldn’t fit in there, would I? What do we do in Ibiza?” he asked the Babygirl actress, to which she replied: “Dance. Go out to raves.”
When asked whether she wears a disguise, Kidman revealed she had mistakenly “given away her cover”.
“I did an interview where I said I wear a little black wig, or some sort of disguise and I go out, yeah.”
However, Kidman admitted she isn’t ready to hang up her dancing shoes any time soon, instead revealing she’ll simply change her clubbing camouflage for next time.
“I’ll have to wear something different.”
Fallon then jokingly told the actress: “‘No way, I would totally do that with you!”
In last month’s issue of British Vogue, Kidman painted a picture of what her nights out looked like while staying in Ibiza, Spain.
“It’s a small dinner party or it’s a rave. I’m either playing Scrabble or I’m out. It’s that simple,” she shared.
She then described what a night on the town would look like for her, adding: “Dinner at 10.30pm, club at 1am. I’ll put on glasses.
“Sometimes I’ll wear a wig to hide, a little dark wig, and then I can just dance. As long as I’m surrounded by people – like, I take people with me – then I’m fine. I need it.”
Kidman has been embracing her newly single life after finalising her divorce from her husband of nearly two decades, Keith Urban, in January, citing “irreconcilable differences”.
The Moulin Rouge! actress has b also sparked romance rumours with wealthy American businessman Michael Reinstein after the pair were pictured enjoying poolside drinks together in Portofino, Italy.
