EastEnders spoilers follow.

Next week on EastEnders, Suki’s in for a huge shock as Ash returns, but there are still unresolved tensions between mother and daughter.

Elsewhere Mark is back and leaves Lauren flustered, while Cindy demands that Priya leave Walford.

1. Ash returns to Walford ash panesar, vinny panesar, eastenders

Just as Penny and Vinny return home with their new baby, their happiness is interrupted when Vinny is called to the police station to bail out Suki.

When he gets there, he’s stunned to find it’s Ash (now played by Sakira Vel) in trouble, not Suki! She’s in custody for drunk and disorderly behaviour and shocks Vinny when she reveals that she’ll be staying in Walford for a few weeks.

Despite Eve’s encouragement, Suki refuses to make contact but eventually agrees to talk to Ash, unaware her daughter has heard everything.

Later in the week Ash is rejected again when, after a brief reconciliation, Suki insists Ash can’t stay as Ria is her priority now.

2. Cindy demands Priya leave cindy beale, priya nandra hart, eastenders

After Priya and Ravi return from their baby scan, they discuss telling the kids on their way home, unaware that Cindy is on the same tube, listening in. She makes it her mission to find the paternity test and when she realises Max is the father she orders Priya to leave, or she’ll tell everyone the truth.

Priya tells Cindy that she’s sticking around, but comments from Linda and Oscar leave her questioning her decision…

Later in the week, Cindy warns Ravi that the truth about the baby won’t stay hidden forever.

3. The Slaters say goodbye jean slater, tommy moon, alfie moon, eastenders

Kat continues to hunt for answers about Zoe’s final hours and turns to Max, as the rest of the family prepare to plant a memorial tree for Zoe.

Denise tries to get through to Kat, but her absence at the memorial is felt by the family.

4. Amy and Craig get serious amy mitchell, craig ingram, eastenders

BBC

Craig agrees to meet up with Amy after ignoring multiple texts and blaming work. But Amy’s got no idea that Craig has recently been suspended.

The pair of them get closer when she opens up about her mum’s death and her fear that Denise might suffer the same fate.

Amy struggles with her emotions when Craig notices her scars and she runs off. However, she’s later drawn closer to Craig again after rejecting Denzel.

5. Max and Cindy feud max branning, cindy beale, eastenders

Lauren and Peter invite Max round to try and make amends with Cindy. But it doesn’t go to plan and results in a huge argument between them.

In the Vic, the row erupts publicly as she declares war and demands everything he owns. After some words of advice from Peter, Cindy agrees not to pursue taking Lauren’s share of the car lot.

6. Mark is back in the Square mark fowler jr, phil mitchell, eastenders

Lauren is thrown when she sees Mark back in the Square. Vicki’s hopes are dashed when Mark reveals he’s only back to say goodbye and he’s leaving for Florida.

Meanwhile Lauren and Peter argue over Lauren’s knowledge of her dad’s affair. Hoping Mark has returned for her, Lauren goes to see him, only to discover he’s leaving again.

Later she apologises to Peter for withholding the truth about Max and Priya, but Cindy learns she knew about the affair and exposes it to the whole party at The Albert.

7. Lauren is torn lauren branning, eastenders

There’s still division between Lauren and Peter, as she resists temptation.

Peter vows to be more spontaneous and give her the excitement she craves, as Lauren tries to tell Mark that they can’t ever be together again.

But as Mark prepares to leave Walford forever, Lauren is torn between head and heart…

8. Denise gets news denise fox, eastenders

BBC

When Denise reveals the potential donor still hasn’t come forward for testing, Jack is frustrated.

Convinced it’s Darnell, Jack confronts him and demands to know why he hasn’t been tested. Darnell explains his deep fears and while Denise accepts his response, Jack is left unhappy.
