The site, located opposite 19 Greenway Close in Fakenham, will go under the hammer at a guide price of £80,000.
It carries approval from North Norfolk District Council dating back to October 2025 for two semi-detached homes.
The land is one of a handful of sites that will be auctioned off by Auction House East Anglia on October 21.
The auctioneer described the development as “a great opportunity for a local builder wanting a manageable project”.

Each home would include their own drive with parking areas, a hall entrance, living room, toilet and kitchen/family room.
Upstairs, the properties would include a landing, two generous-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The plot measures approximately 20m wide and 30m deep, with the homes described as offering “economic benefits” by boosting the construction trade as well as supporting local services and facilities.
