Exchange Communications upgrades mobile connectivity in London tunnels

Exchange Communications has started a project to upgrade mobile connectivity underneath the River Thames. It is working with Vodafone and the Royal Borough of Greenwich to upgrade mobile connectivity in two pedestrian foot tunnels between Greenwich and Woolwich from 2G to 4G mobile connectivity. This will ensure strong mobile connectivity through the 370-metre and 504-metre tunnels.
