Jake Fiennes, 56, was driving on the B1105 Wells Road in Walsingham on September 18 when he was stopped by police.
Fiennes, whose brothers are famous actors, gave a reading of 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mg.
At King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (October 8), Fiennes, of Walsingham Road, Burnham Thorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while the alcohol level was above the limit.

The court heard that, on the evening of the incident, he received a call from a friend who had been left stranded and in distress.
Fiennes had an unspecified amount of wine, but was focused on collecting and bringing the friend home.
Dave Fowlkes, mitigating, said he had not planned to use his car on that evening and had been “fully co-operative” with police.
He added that his client was “very well regarded” and “valued” in his role as the head of conservation at the 25,000-acre Holkham Estate near Wells and that they intended to keep employment open to him.

Mr Fowlkes also highlighted that there were no aggravating features or injuries and asked the court to take into account the potential impact that any sentence could have on his job.
Fiennes, who had no previous convictions, was disqualified from driving for 17 months.
He was also fined £1,200, along with a victim surcharge of £480 and £85 prosecution costs.

He is also a brother of Ralph, who played Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter series and M in the James Bond series.
