Vanessa Ruck, known as The Girl On A Bike, and her friend Tori will embark on the journey on October 22.
They aim to cycle over 1,000 km and climb more than 21,000 metres in 25 days.
The pair, along with toddlers Skyla and Leo, will be using e-bikes, carrying their equipment, and towing their children in trailers.

Ms Ruck, who studied for her master’s in public relations at Bournemouth University, said the journey is a “new chapter” in her life.
She said: “The question is simple: how far can two mums, two toddlers, and two e-bikes get across Turkey in 25 days?”
The mothers have not booked accommodation for each night and plan to adapt around their children’s needs.
A support motorhome will be provided by a friend named Gary.
Ms Ruck, who was hit by a car in Oxford in 2014, said adventure helped her rebuild her life.
She added: “Motherhood doesn’t mean adventure has to stop. It just means adventure looks different.”
The journey will be shared on Ms Ruck’s social channels and via The Girl On A Bike website.
