An updated team-by-team summary of this winter’s transfers throughout the Women’s WorldTour.

The transfer carousel has been turning for months already, and we’re starting to get a pretty good picture of how the peloton will look in 2027. As is the case every year, a couple of big names have taken the spotlight once again, but there’s plenty more going on behind them that will help to define the season to come.
Arguably the biggest story of this year’s window is Paula Blasi’s transfer to Movistar, a move so big that the bow waves stretched for months before it was finally confirmed this week. Other big names moving around include Kasia Niewiadoma-Phinney’s departure from Canyon-SRAM in favour of the refreshed (enSchleckified) Lidl-Trek, Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig’s search for greener pastures at Uno-X Mobility, and Cédrine Kerbaol’s switch from the top of the pile at EF Education-Oatly to an SD Worx-Protime undergoing change amid an evolving peloton.
The transfer market is very much still open, with very few teams having confirmed their 2027 rosters. Here are all the transfers announced so far in the Women’s WorldTour peloton, arranged team by team to illustrate evolution from one year to the next.
