Every now and then, certain corners of the Xbox community decide to have a go at redesigning the console dashboard in an attempt to clean things up a little bit – and a fresh version posted over at Reddit is looking pretty darn sweet if we may say so ourselves.
User JoeRasp96 has shared a selection of screens from their new ‘Xbox Dashboard Concept’, including a clean ‘log in’ screen, a ‘suggestions’ tab and more. We’re going to throw a bunch of screens from the thread down below to showcase what this fan concept is looking like:

Now, of course, this is just a fan concept and sadly won’t make its way to our consoles anytime soon, but it’s cool to imagine the dash looking like this anyway. We think the current Xbox dashboard is okay, but we’d like to see more customisation options and less ad / store space on the home screen.
As has been the case during most Xbox generations, the team at Microsoft continues to work on dashboard redesigns, so we’ll probably see a few more as the Series X|S era goes on. Here’s hoping the next MS effort looks a little cleaner and more like this fan concept!
