A disturbing video has shown a massive brawl that broke out on a Carnival Cruise ship among passengers, seemingly upset over chicken tenders.
The violent incident occurred on board the Sunshine cruise ship at around 2 am on Monday. The ship was on its last day of the voyage, and was headed back to Miami, according to the passenger who filmed the mayhem. The video is being shared across social media, with people wondering how such chaos broke out over fried food.
Multiple security guards could be seen trying to break up the fight, but one was seen fleeing the scene, reaching for his radio. He is being tirelessly mocked online for his response to the incident.

The video shows a group of passengers, mainly young men, brawling beside what appears to be a hot food counter. A bystander can be heard shouting, “Where the f–k is security?!”
A few seconds into the clip, content creator Mike Terra who filmed the uproar, flipped the camera to record his own reaction.
“Over chicken tenders is crazy,” he said.

Later, Terra responded to comments from intrigued viewers, and called the violent outburst an “isolated incident” that escalated over “more” than just food around 2 a.m.
The Post spoke to Terra on Wednesday, who told them, “We weren’t close enough to know why [the fight] really started, we just knew they were in line for food.”
Terra captioned his video: “I always hear carnival is ghetto/ratchet I been cruising for years but this my 1st time seeing some action on a ship I was on YNs was tripping.”
The Post reportedly reached out to Carnival for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
On X, users are still discussing the video, and questioning if there’s more to the story than just chicken tenders.

Some people saw the funny side of the situation, writing things like, “If you’re going to brawl over something, it might as well be some fried chicken!”
Others found the video disturbing, and called out the behavior as embarrassing.
