One of the finest bowling all rounders for India. Ravichandran Ashwin has communicated that he is no longer going to be a part of the IPL set up. He has communicated that he is retiring from the IPL and instead of looking to explore other leagues across the globe.

A short while back, Ashwin communicated that he’s not going to be a part of the IPL henceforth as he decided it’s time to hang up the boots.

The legendary player took to social media to communicate “Special day and hence a special beginning. They say every ending will have a new start, my time as an IPL cricketer comes to a close today, but my time as an explorer of the game around various leagues begins today.”

It is interesting to note that Ashwin has affirmatively clarified that he is not going to be a part of the IPL, but he would certainly be exploring other leagues starting from today itself.

Another point that must be noted, here is that Ashwin had been grabbing the controversial headlines through his YouTube channel where he makes projections on India cricket. In the process, he even troubled the CSK management with a couple of opinions.

Subsequently, he announced his retirement from IPL all of a sudden earlier this morning.
