A gym in South Ribble have raised \u00a3400 for Lancashire Mind<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The AK Active Group in Lostock Hall<\/a>, welcomed their community to the Aktive Games on Saturday 23 August.<\/p>\n

The gym, who aims to create an accessible and enjoyable environment, hosted the morning consisting of a HYROX training plan to the local charity.<\/p>\n

The group ran, rowed and jumped their way to become finishers of the clubs first ever Aktive games.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time the group raised money for Lancashire Mind, through their lockdown challenges to help improve people\u2019s mental health.<\/a><\/p>\n

Previously being named \u2018Lancashire\u2019s best mental health supporting gym\u2019, the business continues to support mental health services as well as physical.<\/p>\n
