While slipping one position from the previous year, Singapore&#8217;s score improved. Iceland, Ireland, and New Zealand lead the global rankings, with India positioned at 115th.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/singapore.jpg\" height=\"225\" alt=\"Image for This country tops the list as Asia\u2019s safest in 2025\" width=\"300\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"jsx-fc85d5530152de43 \"\/>Agencies<a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/singapore\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Singapore<\/a> has been ranked the <a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/safest-country\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">safest country<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/asia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Asia<\/a> in the Global Peace Index (GPI) <a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/225\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">2025<\/a>, securing the sixth position worldwide.
