Aston Villa<\/a> have made a formal approach to\u00a0Royal Antwerp<\/a> for Senne Lammens<\/a>, with the club looking to replace Emiliano Martinez, the latest report has claimed.<\/p>\n

Villa were thoroughly outplayed when they were beaten 3-0 by Crystal Palace on Sunday<\/a>, with shot-stopper\u00a0Marco Bizot<\/a> giving away a penalty in the first half for the victors’ first goal.<\/p>\n

Boss Unai Emery will have been concerned by the performance of\u00a0Bizot, but with first-choice goalkeeper Martinez seemingly closing in on a move to Manchester United<\/a>, the head coach had no other option but to select him.<\/p>\n
