Chris Martin playfully issued a warning to the crowd at the Coldplay concert three days after he accidentally exposed Astronomer CEO Andy Byron having an alleged affair<\/a> with his company\u2019s head of HR.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019d like to say hello to some of you in the crowd and put some of you on the big screen,\u201d the musician said Saturday during the band\u2019s concert at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wis., according to\u00a0video shared online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow we\u2019re going to do that is we\u2019re going to use our cameras and put some of you on the big screen,\u201d the dad of two told screaming concertgoers.<\/p>\n

Martin, 48, laughed before adding: \u201cPlease, if you haven\u2019t done your makeup, do your makeup now.\u201d<\/p>\n

His comments come after he unintentionally captured what he thought was a loved-up couple on the kiss cam during their Spheres World Tour show at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., last Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhoa, look at these two,\u201d Martin said as he watched their public displays of action play out.<\/p>\n

However, when the couple, who had their arms tightly wrapped around each other, found themselves blown up on the big screen, they immediately hid.<\/p>\n

The man \u2014 who was later identified as Byron \u2014 dropped to the ground while the woman \u2014 who was identified as Kristin Cabot \u2014 hid her face behind her hands before turning away and running off.<\/p>\n

\u201cEither they\u2019re having an affair or they\u2019re just very shy<\/a>,\u201d the musician joked, prompting the audience to laugh.<\/p>\n

Once they dipped out of view, Martin seemed mortified as he told his fans, \u201cHope we didn\u2019t do something wrong<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, moments later, he seemed to have forgotten all about his embarrassment as he targeted yet another couple. When the kiss cam focused in on another cozied-up pair, he asked them, \u201cOK, now listen, are you two a couple? Are you two a legitimate couple<\/a>?\u201d <\/p>\n

After the uncomfortable moment went viral, Andy\u2019s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, changed her last name on Facebook before deleting her account entirely<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Once internet sleuths discovered Andy and Cabot\u2019s identities, it was revealed that the former had taken on the role as CEO of Astronomer in July 2023. Cabot, who is divorced, began working at the company in November 2024.<\/p>\n

Before their PDA-outing was exposed, Andy had previously praised Cabot\u2019s abilities<\/a> in\u00a0an Astronomer press release.<\/p>\n

\u201cKristin\u2019s exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies will be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory,\u201d he said in the November 2024 statement.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cShe is a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies and her passion for fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces makes her a perfect fit for Astronomer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Byron, who is married, previously praised Cabot when she was hired. Astronomer<\/p>\n

The CEO is married to Megan Kerrigan Byron, who deleted her Facebook amid the scandal. Facebook\/Meg Kerrigan<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Cabot mentioned her boss by name in the press release.<\/p>\n

\u201cI prefer to think of my role as people strategy versus traditional human resources, as the real magic happens when you align the people strategy with the business strategy,\u201d Cabot said. \u201cThere are plenty of companies out there where a leadership team doesn\u2019t recognize the value that a strong people leader and people team can bring to a company.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cIt\u2019s not just about benefits or catered lunches. There\u2019s so much more to it, and I was energized in my conversations with Andy and the Astronomer leadership team about the opportunities that exist here.\u201d<\/p>\n

The latest scandal isn\u2019t the first time Andy landed in hot water. He was also allegedly called out for lashing out at his employees<\/a> at his former company and reportedly caused workers to quit. <\/p>\n
